The gap

Companies are hiring. You’re applying. So why is nothing moving?

Nobody rejects you for what you don’t know. They reject you for what you can’t show.

01

Theory, not execution.

You can define working capital. You’ve never had to make it tie in a messy sheet at 6pm.

02

No feel for the industry.

Where a bank earns. What a GCC is for. Which desk you’d sit at. Without that, every answer sounds generic.

03

No time on the real tools.

Excel past VLOOKUP. A database you query yourself. Reading about them isn’t using them.

04

Certificates stopped counting.

When one takes a weekend and a credit card, it isn’t evidence. Recruiters skip that section.

The Digidor difference

We don’t just teach. We prepare you to climb the corporate ladder.

01Learn

Short, dense sessions on the concept and why the industry cares about it.

02Practice

Weekly assignments on real data. Reviewed, marked, sent back with notes.

03Build

Three case projects drawn from actual BFSI and GCC problems. Yours to show.

04Understand

Live sessions with people doing the work, on how the function really runs.

05Compete

Mock interviews, case defence, CV rebuild. You practise the thing you’ll be judged on.

Us

We know what it feels like to be on the other side of the table.

We don’t teach you how to chase a job.
We help you become someone worth hiring.

The endless applications. The silence after interviews. The constant question — “What am I missing?”

We are industry professionals with more than half a decade in the corporate world between us. We have felt the pressure of building a career and worked out what actually makes a candidate stand out. Now we want to give some of that back.

Being job-ready is more than a degree and a résumé. We won’t sell you unrealistic promises — getting hired isn’t easy. What we can do is prepare you properly for the opportunities you’re chasing.

How the cohort works

25 candidates. One focused cohort. No hiding in the crowd.

Step 01Apply

A short application. Ten minutes, honestly answered.

Step 02Get selected

A 15-minute call. We check fit and seriousness, not pedigree.

Step 03Join the cohort

Onboarding, tools set up, and the 25 people you’ll work alongside.

Step 04Learn & build

Weekly sessions, weekly deliverables, reviewed work. Six weeks.

Step 05Meet the industry

Live sessions with practitioners. Ask the questions nobody answers online.

Step 06Become job-ready

Projects done, CV rebuilt, interviews rehearsed. You go out and compete.

Who Digidor is for

Be honest with yourself before you apply.

Apply if you are

  • A final-year student who wants a real answer to “what should I be learning?”
  • A recent graduate whose applications keep ending at the CV stage.
  • Unemployed and tired of collecting courses that changed nothing.
  • Working somewhere unrelated and trying to move into BFSI or a GCC role.
  • Able to commit 8–10 focused hours a week for six weeks. Actually able.

Don’t apply if you want

  • A certificate to add to your profile without doing the work.
  • Recordings you’ll watch “later”. This runs live, on a schedule.
  • Someone to write your assignments, your CV, or your answers for you.
  • To sign up now and figure out whether you have the time afterwards.

Cohort X — applications open

Apply to join Digidor.

This is an application, not a checkout. It takes about ten minutes, and we read every one. If it’s a fit, you’ll get a call. If it isn’t, we’ll tell you that too.

Questions

The things you’d ask if we were in a room.

Still unsure? Write to digidor.live@gmail.com and a person will reply.

Do I need prior experience?
No. The program starts from industry fundamentals and assumes you’ve never worked in BFSI. What we do assume is that you can read, write and reason in English, are comfortable with a computer, and will actually do the assignments.
How much time will I need to commit?
Plan for 8–10 hours a week across six weeks: live sessions plus your weekly deliverable. Sessions are scheduled outside standard working hours so people with jobs or classes can attend. If you genuinely can’t find those hours right now, apply to a later cohort — it’ll be a better use of your money.
Will I get practical projects?
Yes — three case projects built on real BFSI and GCC problems, plus weekly assignments. Each one is reviewed and returned with written feedback. By the end you have work you can put in front of an interviewer and talk through line by line.
Who are the industry experts?
Practitioners currently working in banks, insurers, asset managers and capability centres — in risk, operations, finance shared services, reporting and hiring. Confirmed speakers for each cohort are published before it starts, so you know who you’re getting before you pay.
How are candidates selected?
We read the application, then run a short 15-minute call. We’re looking for seriousness and available time, not marks or the name of your college. Twenty-five seats means we say no to people who’d probably be fine — that’s the trade-off that keeps the cohort working.
What happens if I fall behind?
Tell us early and we’ll work with you — sessions are recorded for catch-up and deadlines can move once. What we won’t do is quietly let you drift to the end without doing the work, because that helps nobody.
Do I get a certificate?
You get one, but it’s the least valuable thing you leave with. Your projects and what you can do in an interview are the actual output. If a certificate is the reason you’re applying, this isn’t the right program.
